Lets face it, cooking can be extremely tedious. Why would you want to stand around
for hours preparing a complicated meal when another (more skilled) person can do it
for you AND have it delivered? Well, sometimes nothing beats that fresh, heart-
warming goodness that comes with eating homemade food. That’s why we’ve
decided to provide you with three 3-ingreident meals that are quick, easy and
absolutely delicious!

Does the though of soggy corn flakes in the morning make you want to weep? Then
these delicious and highly nutritious Whey Protein Pancakes are just what you need!
Blend one medium-sized banana with an egg and about 15 grams of whey protein.
Prepare them as you would regular pancakes. The banana makes them fairly sweet but
if you’d like to go that extra mile, you could always pour a little maple syrup on top
or whatever else floats your boat.

These Honey-coated Chili Chicken Wings are perfect for a tasty lunch that’s free
from unnecessary hassle. Massage your wings with chili and garlic flake rub before
baking them on a non-stick tray for about 20-30 minutes. Once they’re cooked
through, remove them from the oven, place them in a bowl and toss them with a
drizzle of honey.

And last but not least, dessert! Winter is basically over, which means it’s time to swap
in those hot, creamy drinks for lighter, cooler fare. This Mango and Coconut Ice-
Cream is a perfect treat to usher in the new season. Chop and freeze one mango and
one banana. When you’re ready, take the fruit out of the freezer, blend with three
tablespoons of coconut and voila, tasty summery ice-cream!

As you can see, cooking doesn’t have to be a lengthy and tiresome affair. You can
create a delicious meal in just a few minutes without having to stand around for hours
trying to keep track of a million different ingredients. Bon Appetité!
