If you happen to be a lady who just realised that Spring is a few weeks away and you may have overindulged during the winter lockdown, then look no further than Chloe Ting’s YouTube channel. Chloe is best known for her very intense, yet effective workouts made specifically for women. Her workout videos are shot and organised for different parts of the body and are done for a certain period of time like 14 or 20 days instead of being a fixed, daily workout routine. A typical fitness enthusiast who has not tried out the challenges wouldn’t think there is anything that stands out about the videos but the catch is that you aren’t allowed to take any breaks in between the workouts; the longest break you can take is 10 seconds long and is only taken after a few exercises.

Her viewers and subscribers particularly enjoy the challenges because of the duration of the
workouts (which is only 10-12 minutes long) as it only takes a few minutes from their day. One subscriber who did the 14-day ab challenge said the first two days were the most strenuous as she had less than a minute to catch her breath during the workout. She however got excited when she saw results on day three as this motivated her to finish the challenge and to get two of her friends to join in. Fitness enthusiasts have had to switch to home workouts due to the closing of gyms during the Covid-19 lockdown and the 34-year-old’s YouTube channel has been a good platform for them to stay in shape. Chloe Ting’s workouts have helped women across the world feel in control and confident about their health and overall wellness, and with Spring just around the corner, it is a great way to regain the pre-lockdown bodies.
